Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and any early-access Attesko account we give you. Using Attesko with customers or in a live product requires a signed agreement. That agreement wins if it says something different.
A signed agreement is still required. This public page does not set pricing, service guarantees, a privacy addendum, warranties, liability limits, or which law applies. Those decisions belong in the signed agreement.
01Accepting these terms
Using the website or early-access service means you agree to these terms. If you represent a company, you must have authority to do so. Do not use the site or service if you disagree.
02What Attesko is
Attesko OS is a Mac app for businesses. It observes approved work and identifies repeated jobs. General desktop actions are still in development. The local AI app is in internal testing, with no public release.
We arrange early access with selected businesses directly. Workspace, user and administrator controls are still being completed.
03Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your connections and code. You must have permission to send customer data. You must also:
- Send data and keys to the correct project, test or live environment, and customer.
- Send only the fields needed to understand the work. Leave out screens, passwords, card numbers, browsing, and personal details.
- List honestly what your code can do. Take work only inside what was approved, and stop when it runs out.
- Confirm the person’s identity before signing an approval.
- Use the key that stops repeats, and report every attempt honestly.
- Ask for separate approval every time an action affects a customer or moves money.
- Follow the privacy, employment, and industry rules that apply to you.
04Prohibited use
Don’t use Attesko to break the law, take another customer’s data, skip an approval, file a false report, or attack the service. Don’t use it to score, rank, discipline, or watch individual people.
Report a security issue privately to security@attesko.com.
05Early-access status
Early access changes as we build. Uptime, support, and compatibility commitments come with a signed agreement.
Examples on this site are written to explain the product. They are not promises about time saved.
06Data
Your data stays yours. You let us use it to run and protect the service and improve the product, inside the limits in the Privacy Policy.
There are tools to download and delete customer data. Your signed agreement covers how long data is kept, backups, and response times.
07Attesko materials
The Attesko name, site, software, and docs are ours. Early access doesn’t let you resell it, take it apart, or pass it off as your own.
08Commercial and legal terms
This public page does not set a price, payment duty, warranty, or liability limit. It doesn’t pick a governing law, a court, or an arbitration rule either. A signed agreement decides all of that. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that the law does not allow us to limit.
09Ending access
You can walk away and cancel your keys any time. We can pause early access to protect customers, follow the law, or deal with misuse. The signed agreement and the Privacy Policy explain what happens to data after access ends.
10Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Your signed agreement covers how changes affect you.
