Attesko OS is a business app with AI that runs on your Mac. Its memory and decisions stay there. The local app is still in development, with no public download.

You can share selected drafts and records through your company’s server. Approved website tasks send the needed information to that site. Neither sends your work to a cloud model.

Existing cloud-connected versions send reduced work records to their server. We explain that separately below.

01What may reach Attesko

Work updates include what changed, when, the record type, approvals and results. Use stand-in IDs instead of real ones. Include only what the job needs.

For your account we keep your email, a password hash, your keys, who is on the project, and sign-in and usage records. The website sees what any browser sends. Plausible counts visits. Calendly only gets your details if you book a call.

02Remove private data before sending

Remove unnecessary data before sending it. Attesko OS removes recognized sensitive fields on the Mac before approved capture data can leave. Connected software must also remove unneeded content from work updates.

Before cloud storage, Attesko removes recognized credentials, authorization data, payment details, Social Security numbers and secrets. This cannot catch every private detail. Collect only what the job needs.

03Keeping each customer separate

Each access key belongs to one product and a test or live environment. Requests are checked against that customer. Learned rules stay with that customer.

We improve the same shared code for everyone. One customer’s words, rules, and results never teach another customer’s account.

04Use of AI models

AI may read work after recognized sensitive details are removed. It cannot approve its own actions or verify its own results.

The local app never falls back to a cloud model. Cloud-connected versions may use one, depending on setup and your agreement. Processing screens locally in those versions does not move accounts, learning or approvals onto the Mac.

05Downloading, deleting, and keeping data

Data tools let you download or delete customer data. Downloads exclude passwords and keys. Deletion reports show what was removed and what was kept.

06How we protect data

Our tests cover hashed keys, encrypted secrets and customer separation. They also check permission expiry, blocked repeat requests and result checks before completion.

Security reports are welcome at security@attesko.com, and we answer them.

07Your choices

You can stop sending data and cancel your keys whenever you want. To see, fix, or delete data, email privacy@attesko.com. What we can do depends on your agreement and the law.
